I often ask myself while using my clothes airer. Why should life be so simple? After years of looking for gadgets and appliances which impressed with their technical advance. Here I am drying laundry on a clothes rack! Not only that I have taught my children that this is tidier and more economical. Even my eldest now at university has asked for a wall-mounted airer. Her flat is so tiny with limited drying space. Instead of running up large laundry bills she knew what would be easy practical and economical. It really came home to me when I checked the energy usage of my tumble dryer. Like many I thought the arrival of the electric tumble dryer was a miracle. Like my mother before me who loved the twin tub washing machine. When the automatic came out she had such difficulty switching. The washing machine manufacturers called them Tub watchers.
For outdoor use you can use a clothing rail made of treated metal to avoid rusting. Also wooden clothes rack can be used for the same reason. You need these clothing racks to display your products if you are retail store or a dress shop owner. By acquiring our rails for your store you are able to increase the amount of items that can you can display on one rack and display the racks themselves close enough together to save space but still leave enough room for your customers to comfortably browse. Racks let potential customers browse the clothes without the requirement of them needing to be folded. Rails for hanging finished jobs ready for pick up are essential to business owners who own tailoring shops or laundry shops.
So often I worry what is happening when I put clothes in a tumble dryer. On holiday I used one to dry towels and holiday clothing. After successive loads the filter was jammed with fibres with different layers of colours like those bottles you often see for sale with different layers of coloured sand. Clothes airers dont remove the fibres from my clothing and household items so they do not lose their shape or their strength. I have noticed that over time continued use of a tumble dryer reduced the useful life of my clothes. Drying racks come in wall mounted floor standing or multiway washing line versions. All drying racks dry clothes naturally or if placed above or next to a household wall heater will have the benefit of secondary heat and warm air drying.
You can choose to put them inside or outside your house at your convenience. They are collapsible and hence can easily make some extra space when not in use. The various panels can be folded into one single panel that can be carried anywhere with ease. Moreover you can also use them as a temporary closet during emergency situations. A laundry hanging rack is another form of a drying rack which is quite useful to have. Some models are pretty unique and consist of a rectangle base with many clothing pegs attached to it. There is a hook on top pointing upwards which can be fixed to any object at a considerable height. Thus the rack can be suspended in air and the freshly washed laundry can be fixed to the clothing pegs for drying purposes.
